The Wrap

Friday night downtown turned into a full-on costume parade. A crowd estimated at 3,400 probably set a record for Hopkinsville's downtown trick-or-treating, said Pam Rudd of Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation, who has helped at the event since it started in 2009. Pleasant weather and a Friday date didn't hurt.
